Material Transfer Agreement
All biological materials from CAMB are provided upon completion of the Customer Account Form and under the terms of the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA). Please download and review these documents before placing an order.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who can order specimens from CAMB?
Only registered customers. Registration requires completing the Customer Account Form, which confirms that your laboratory is properly equipped and authorized to work with biological material.
2. How much does it cost?
Specimens are free of charge for research purposes. You only pay for handling and packaging.
3. How do I place an order?
Email your order with the CAMB specimen number(s) to the designated contact person. For combined orders that include multiple specimen categories, send your purchase order to camb@sci.muni.cz.
4. How is delivery arranged?
- Specimens are shipped via courier service.
- You arrange and cover the shipping and customs fees themselves.
- Personal pickup from CAMB facility is possible only with a certified vehicle for the transport of infectious material.
